What your clients need -- and will not ask for
The "4 Hour Work Week" book which came out a few years ago and a rash of "online gurus" have sparked a trend:How can I make as much money as possible while doing as little work as possible?
This line of thinking, conscious or not, leads to mass inconsistency in what's provided to their client base.
We see it everywhere:
• The "guru" who stops putting out an ezine and sharing info until trying to fill an event and then we're overwhelmed with info
• The restaurant which provides an incredible "dining in" experience and screws up the simplest takeout order
• The coach who provides an amazing experience right up until you become a client, then POOF!, on to recruit the next person
• The mentor who "knows" she should be keeping in touch with her readers, yet claims she's too busy
• The business owner who pays lip service to appreciating his clients, yet shies away from providing even the smallest client appreciation gift, claiming it will impact profits
• The client who "gets" what needs to be done to market her business, does one thing once and wonders why her phone's not ringing off the hook
You may have experienced some of the above. I know I have.
In my opinion, and experience, the quickest way to achieve, and surpass, your goals is to be consistent in everything you do -- whether your business, your personal life or your health.
One of my favorite sayings is that "Ordinary things, done consistently, generate extraordinary results."
By helping your clients do those things which bring them extraordinary results, even when they don't feel like it, you become indispensible.
My Request To You
It's so easy to get caught up with the latest bright shiny object that you (and your clients) forget about the basics in growing your (and their) business the "sustainable" way.
It's not about a flash-in-the-pan success, it's about those "ordinary" things which will continuously drive traffic to your site, enroll clients in your programs and ensure that your team is functioning as optimally as possible.
For example, one of the things we include in all Team Sandy packages is article marketing -- something that a business owner may not "get to" or may view that other things are more important, but we know that consistent article marketing generates long term qualified web traffic, so it's automatically built in to packages, as is a monthly 30-minute strategy call with me to ensure that clients are on track.
What "ordinary" things can you implement consistently in your business? In your clients'?

“Sandra is a wealth of information and unlike many coaches; she actually guides you in the steps you need to take to get things done, in a no-nonsense way.
She helped me to identify a clear first product with the positioning to match along with practical steps to take in my everyday business to make building my ‘tribe’ (loyal clients and followers) that much easier.
I came away from the virtual retreat with more ‘concrete’ ideas and concepts to launch than ever before. What’s more is that the ideas were all tailored to me, my market and the model I’m attempting to build versus some cookie-cutter model.
To get Sandy’s information is to get real, no-fluff, practical stuff to do and get real results from.”
