I always appreciate your point of view Sandy. You are always relevant and practice what you preach. I respect and admire your integrety. Also, I was so excited when I got the CD in the mail yesterday from you AND a personal note, it made my day! Thank you!!! :)

Hey Hazel,

Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting!

There's always SO much for us to remember, it can often be mind boggling. That's why we need strong systems and teams to keep us straight. :-)

With love and much abundance,

Sandy :-)

If it would take more than five minutes to type it, pick up the phone. After having replied to a specific email volley three times, that's it - must speak on phone. Depending on the circumstance, it's often quicker to set up an appt on the phone.

How timely, Sandy! I've been downloading/listening/reading SO much from various seminars and opt-ins lately! What I do to keep them organized is use folders - all downloads go to one main folder that I sub-divide into categories (like your Pinterest I suppose!). Problem is, I often forget, and/or never go back once the item is DLd.

Other times, knowing that I don't go back and look, if I *really* want to use something, I'll open it in my browser instead of (or when) downloading - then I end up with dozens of tabs open at once (no exaggeration!). Talk about overwhelm!

My question I guess is, when is enough? It's a bit like your previous post about 'bright, shiny object' syndrome, except there's nothing bright and shiny about eBooks and mp3s (usually!).

The funniest is when yet another opt-in promises "too much overwhelm? Here, download our eBook" (paraphrasing!) - and even I'm guilty of this as my DH pointed out! LOL!

Thanks for NOT making this about another system to download, Sandy! These tips are great, to-the-point and easily applicable to anyone's style.

How are you finding Pinterest fits in with your biz schedule? I'm hesitant to get on board (haha!) for that reason. Still trying to get a handle on Tw and FB!

Cheers,Corinna

Just reading the various avenues of information made me tired, Sandra. And that's exactly what was happening to me in the 3rd quarter of last year. I'd started doing social media for offline businesses and was attending one webinar after the other because I didn't want to miss anything. By the end of the year I realized I was spending so much time of these calls it was adversely affecting my productivity!

Now, I attend teleseminars or webinars only if they have a direct bearing on my goals for the quarter and am very selective about how many I attend each month.

I have your Escalator Profits poster hanging in front of me in my office. I love that it's so simple, visual and re-writable!! ;)

So excited to be part of your Get It Done Right community Sandy. And can't wait to share my AHA moment from tonight - my 'passion' just jumped out at me when I wasn't expecting it! Now I've got to figure out how to put the pieces together.

Looking forward to it!

That's exactly the goal -- to ensure the best possible client experience while minimizing overhead and marketing costs.

Thanks for commenting!

Without clients. So true. Love the escalator and the suggestions. It fits nicely with improving the buyer experience and saving money on promoting to either get new clients or to tell your current clients why they love you

Hi Faina,

Excellent point! As business owners, women, partners, mothers, daughters, friends, etc., we have to know what our priorities and values are and that which we hold sacred and non-negotiable so that we can design our lives (and businesses) around those.

Without knowing, there can be no true designing and without taking the time to design our lives, things "just happen" and we wonder why we haven't achieved our goals or left our legacies.

Thanks for commenting!
